REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains the terms governing order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased through the Diamond Lifesciences website. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

By placing an order through the website, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation requests submitted after dispatch, shipment processing, or handover to a courier partner may not be accepted.

Diamond Lifesciences reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the order status and operational feasibility.

Where a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund, if applicable, shall be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.


2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND

A return, replacement, or refund request may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Defective product received.
  • Product materially different from the item ordered.

All requests shall be subject to verification and approval by Diamond Lifesciences.

Submission of a request does not automatically guarantee approval of a return, replacement, or refund.


3. REPORTING TIMELINE

Customers must notify Diamond Lifesciences of any issue relating to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different product within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests received after the prescribed period may be rejected.

To facilitate verification, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number.
  • Product details.
  • Photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the shipping package.
  • Batch details where applicable.
  • Unboxing video, where available.
  • Any additional information reasonably requested by Diamond Lifesciences.

Failure to provide sufficient supporting evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


4. VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to review and verification.

Diamond Lifesciences reserves the right to:

  • Request additional photographs, videos, documentation, or information.
  • Seek clarification regarding the reported issue.
  • Require return of the product where deemed necessary.
  • Reject claims that are incomplete, unverifiable, fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with the evidence provided.

Approval shall be granted solely at the discretion of Diamond Lifesciences after assessment of the claim.


5. NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

Due to hygiene, safety, quality control, and regulatory considerations, the following products are generally not eligible for return, replacement, or refund except where the wrong product, damaged product, or defective product has been delivered:

  • Prescription medicines.
  • Opened medicines.
  • Opened supplements.
  • Opened healthcare products.
  • Opened cosmetic or cosmeceutical products.
  • Used products.
  • Products with tampered packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or handling by the customer.
  • Products returned without original packaging, labels, or identifying information.
  • Products purchased during special clearance, liquidation, or non-returnable promotional campaigns, where specifically stated.

Returns shall not be accepted for reasons including:

  • Change of mind.
  • Product no longer required.
  • Personal preference or dislike.
  • Perceived lack of effectiveness.
  • Allergic reactions, sensitivity, or individual suitability concerns.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.

Customers are advised to carefully review product information and consult an appropriate healthcare professional where necessary before purchase.


6. REPLACEMENTS

Where a claim is approved, Diamond Lifesciences may, at its discretion, offer a replacement product subject to:

  • Product availability.
  • Operational feasibility.
  • Verification of the reported issue.

If a replacement is not available or cannot reasonably be arranged, a refund may be considered.


7. REFUNDS

Refunds shall be considered only after verification and approval of an eligible claim.

Approved refunds shall generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s account.

Diamond Lifesciences shall not be responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banks, card issuers, financial institutions, or other third-party service providers.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, although actual credit timelines may vary.


8. REFUSAL OF CLAIMS

Diamond Lifesciences reserves the right to refuse any return, replacement, cancellation, or refund request where:

  • The request does not meet the eligibility requirements of this policy.
  • Supporting evidence is not provided.
  • The claim is submitted after the prescribed reporting period.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or suspicious activity is suspected.
  • The product has been used, altered, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
  • The issue reported cannot be reasonably verified.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Any approved replacement or refund provided under this policy shall constitute the sole remedy available to the customer in relation to the affected order.

Nothing in this policy shall be interpreted as creating any entitlement beyond the remedies expressly stated herein.


10. POLICY CHANGES

Diamond Lifesciences reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any updated version shall become effective upon publication on the website.
