This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Diamond Lifesciences processes, dispatches, ships, and delivers orders placed through its website. This policy should be read together with the website’s Terms and Conditions and will apply to every order placed with Diamond Lifesciences.

1. Shipping Coverage

Diamond Lifesciences currently accepts orders for delivery within India only through the website. International orders are not accepted directly through the website at this time; however, customers who require international shipping may contact the company directly, and assistance may be provided on a case-by-case basis subject to courier availability, destination feasibility, and applicable shipping arrangements.

2. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of receipt of the order, subject to successful payment confirmation, product availability, operational conditions, and order verification. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside normal business hours may be processed on the next working day.

For the purpose of this policy, business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, shall be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Any promotional free shipping offers, where applicable, shall be subject to specific terms and conditions communicated on the website.

4. Shipping Partners

Diamond Lifesciences ships through reputed courier and logistics partners, including but not limited to Shree Maruti, Delhivery, Movin, and Shree Anjani. The courier partner used for a particular order may vary depending on pincode serviceability, operational availability, courier network coverage, or other dispatch-related considerations.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination, pincode serviceability, courier partner performance, local conditions, and other factors beyond reasonable control. Any delivery timeline displayed on the website or shared after dispatch is only an estimate and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

Tracking details, where available, may be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp after dispatch.

6. Prepaid Orders Only

All orders placed through the website are currently accepted on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not presently available through the website. Customers who specifically require COD may contact Diamond Lifesciences directly, and such requests may be considered only in select cases at the sole discretion of the company.

7. International Shipping Requests

Diamond Lifesciences does not directly accept international orders through the website. However, customers may contact the company to inquire about international shipping support. Where international shipping is feasible and courier providers are available, the company may assist with the shipment; however, all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import levies, clearance charges, and any other related costs shall be borne entirely by the customer.

8. Product-Specific Shipping Restrictions

Certain temperature-sensitive, regulated, healthcare, or restricted products may be subject to shipping limitations depending on applicable laws, product stability requirements, storage conditions, destination restrictions, or courier policies. Diamond Lifesciences reserves the right to restrict shipment of specific products where dispatch or delivery is not feasible or legally permitted.

9. Delays in Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, transport issues, regulatory restrictions, high order volumes, remote location service limitations, inaccurate address details, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a significant delay, reasonable efforts will be made to inform the customer and provide a revised expected timeline where possible.

10. Returned to Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned to Diamond Lifesciences due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or any other circumstance preventing successful delivery, the shipment may be marked as Returned to Origin (RTO). In such cases, Diamond Lifesciences reserves the right to charge additional shipping, handling, or re-dispatch fees before arranging reshipment of the order.

11. Third-Party Fulfillment and Logistics

In some cases, product storage, packaging, dispatch, fulfillment, or delivery may be managed by third-party logistics providers, warehouse operators, or fulfillment partners. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that such third parties may be involved in processing and delivering the order.

 

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, contact number, and all delivery details provided at the time of placing the order are complete and accurate. Diamond Lifesciences shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information submitted by the customer.

13. Delivery Completion and Risk Transfer

Delivery shall be deemed completed upon successful handover of the shipment at the delivery address provided by the customer. Diamond Lifesciences shall not be responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or issues arising after successful delivery confirmation by the courier or logistics partner, except where required under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure and Non-Delivery

Diamond Lifesciences shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or inability to dispatch or deliver an order where such delay or failure arises due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, strikes, transport interruptions, regulatory actions, public health emergencies, or force majeure events.
